Getting started
Is Fleetius really free to start?
Yes. A free account includes the marketplaces, the public load board, Market Monitor, and freight news — no credit card, no trial clock. Paid plans only enter the picture when you run a full workspace for your organization.
How long does setup take?
Minutes, not months. Create an account, create your organization, and the workspace is live. Drivers join by invite, and the rate-con reader builds loads from PDFs so you're not retyping your way in.
Do I need a demo call?
No — the platform is self-serve and the ecosystem map is the tour. If you'd like a walkthrough anyway, email us and a human will set one up.

Which verticals are live today?
Three: the carrier TMS, the shipper & broker workspace, and towing dispatch. The repair-shop workspace is in development — it's listed in the ecosystem and marked honestly as coming soon.
What do my drivers use?
The Fleetius driver app: the day's loads and stops, check-ins, POD photo capture, and chat with dispatch including voice messages. Drivers join by invite from their fleet.
Do shippers and carriers see each other's data?
No. Every organization's data is tenant-scoped. The only things that cross are what you explicitly share: a tender, a bid, a tracked load.

What does the AI actually do?
Three shipped automations: an exception watchdog that sweeps every load 24/7, a check-call agent that pings quiet drivers and reads the reply, and a rate-con reader that turns PDFs into load drafts. Plus chat agents that answer questions over your own operation's data.
Can the AI change my data on its own?
No. Automated writes are proposal-first: they land in your approvals inbox, you approve or dismiss, and every run leaves a step-by-step trace you can inspect.
Where does my data live?
In the US, on Google Cloud infrastructure. Your data is yours — export to CSV anytime.
Pricing & support
How does pricing work?
Per truck per month for carriers and towing operators, per seat for shippers and brokers. There's a real free tier, and early-access founding fleets lock their rate. No sales call required to see any of it.
What does early access mean?
The platform ships weekly and founding customers steer the roadmap. In exchange, you lock your founding rate and get a direct line to the team.
